MWTechGroup offers one-time, on-demand IT services for businesses that require expert technical assistance without a Managed Services agreement. All services are billed at the rates outlined below.
Services Offered:
Remote Technical Support (8am-5pm) — $150/hour
Troubleshooting and resolution of software issues, user problems, system errors, and configuration concerns via secure remote access.Onsite IT Support (8am-5pm) — $150/hour
In-person diagnostics, hardware repair, network troubleshooting, infrastructure issue resolution, and hands-on technical support.After-Hours Support — $225/hour (Time and a Half)
Emergency or non-business hours support billed at time and a half of the standard hourly rate.Project Work — $150/hour
Infrastructure upgrades, system migrations, deployments, hardware replacements, and other scoped technical projects.After-Hours Project Work — $225/hour (Time and a Half)
Project services performed outside of standard business hours billed at time and a half.
Service & Billing Policy:
All services are performed on a time-and-materials basis and billed in hourly increments. Rates are subject to change with notice. Emergency response availability is not guaranteed and is subject to technician availability. Payment terms will be outlined prior to service commencement.

Our break-fix services include remote and onsite troubleshooting, hardware and software repairs, network diagnostics, server and infrastructure issue resolution, system recovery, and project-based work such as upgrades or migrations.
Whether you're experiencing an unexpected outage or need assistance with a specific technical project, we deliver focused, time-and-materials support designed to resolve the issue efficiently and restore operational stability. -
If a service engagement begins during standard business hours and extends beyond 5:00 PM, time worked after 5:00 PM will be billed at the after-hours rate ($225/hour). We will communicate with you before continuing past standard business hours whenever possible, allowing you to decide whether to proceed or resume the work during the next business day.

Response time for onsite support is based on engineer availability, current service volume, and the severity of the issue. Critical outages such as a server down, network down, or complete business interruption are given highest priority and are addressed as quickly as possible.
Non-critical issues, such as single workstation problems or minor performance concerns, are scheduled based on availability. In most cases, onsite service can be arranged same-day or next-business-day. An estimated arrival window will always be provided once availability is confirmed.

Our break-fix services are billed on a time-and-materials basis at $150 per hour, per engineer. This rate applies to both remote and onsite support during standard business hours.
After-hours services are billed at time and a half. All work is invoiced based on actual time incurred, with no long-term contracts or recurring commitments required.
